We are making a safe space for sharing and connecting, for which we need trust. We trust each other with our feelings, thoughts and experiences. This means respecting confidentiality when we share in the group.

Listen

To create our safe and inclusive space everyone needs to feel heard. Every person’s voice and feelings are as important as the next. So when someone chooses to share, we must ensure we listen to learn and not to reply.

Empower

Whether you attend to share or to listen, we include and support every person equally. We climb through the difficulties as one, sharing beta along the way. We can empower each other on the wall, we can in our lives.
