To create our inclusive space everyone needs to feel heard. Every person’s voice and feelings are as important as the next. So when someone chooses to share, we must ensure we listen to learn and not to respond.

Whether you attend to share or to listen, we include and support every person equally. We climb through the difficulties as one, sharing beta along the way. We can empower each other on the wall, as we can in our lives.
